In this powerful 90 minute workshop, we assess parts of ourselves that we have put into the *shadows* and seeing what lessons they have to teach us, what needs to be healed, and how we can re-integrate these parts of ourselves.For this workshop, these include 1) ā€œwasted potentialā€ [the belief that we are wasting potential, or fear of our potential and consequent self-sabotage]ā€ and 2) Ignoring desires [ways we have rejected things we really want for our lives].
