Client Agreement

Disclosure, Waiver & Assumption of Risk

 

  1.  I acknowledge and agree that any Slingshot Session, Course, Dreamaway Membership or related HHS LLC Product or Experience (“sessions”) I purchase is a product of HHS LLC and not owned or operated by Haley Hoffman Smith personally. All references throughout this Agreement to Haley Hoffman Smith are made for convenience only. 
  2.  I acknowledge and agree that refunds are NOT permitted. 
  3.  I acknowledge that Haley Hoffman Smith is not a licensed counselor, psychologist, therapist, medical doctor, nutritionist, or any other licensed medical professional or mental health counselor. She has no formal training in these fields and does not portray herself as such. I understand that sessions are not a substitute for professional advice, therapy, or counseling and I hereby agree that Haley Hoffman Smith is not liable for any actions or decisions which I make before, during, and after sessions.  
  4.  I acknowledge and agree that it is my responsibility to notify my therapist and/or physician prior to using these skills and agree to their supervision as recommended. I will continue to take all medications as prescribed and remain under the care of my licensed medical professional(s) and mental health counselor(s), including my primary physician or therapist for any medical, emotional, or mental condition for which I am currently being treated or believe I may require treatment. 
  5.  I acknowledge and agree that I am solely responsible for the decisions that I make and my emotional and/or physical well-being before, during, and after sessions. I agree to instruct others with whom I share these techniques to take the same responsibility for themselves. I hereby agree to release, waive and discharge Haley Hoffman Smith from any and all liability arising out of or resulting from the advice given during sessions or otherwise resulting from my product purchase. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Haley Hoffman Smith from any loss, liability, damage, cost, or third-party action that may incur arising out of or related to my product purchase, sessions, and my instruction such techniques to others. 
  6.  I agree not to use these techniques from my product purchase and sessions to try to solve a problem where my common sense would tell me it is not appropriate. 
  7.  I acknowledge and agree to take full responsibility for what I do with the techniques learned during my sessions and agree to hold harmless Haley Hoffman Smith and anyone else associated with my sessions from any claims made by myself, or anyone whom I seek to help. 
  8.  I acknowledge and agree that Haley Hoffman Smith cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from sessions. The success of sessions depends on my commitment and willingness to implement the strategies discussed. I understand that past performance is no guarantee of future results. 
  9.  I acknowledge and agree that all materials shared by Haley Hoffman Smith consists of proprietary information including, but not limited to copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets owned by Haley Hoffman Smith. I agree not to discuss or disclose such Intellectual Property with anyone not directly involved in sessions and that sharing information, content, or resources from my sessions is strictly prohibited. For the sake of clarity, Intellectual Property shall remain the exclusive property of Haley Hoffman Smith. I agree not to promote, share, copy, edit, sell or republish any content or materials that are not my own creation for business or commercial use, or in any way without the express written consent of Haley Hoffman Smith.
  10.  I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Haley Hoffman Smith from any and all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgments, including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, arising out of, or relating to my participation in any of Haley Hoffman Smith’s products and sessions. 
  11.  I acknowledge and agree that what I am purchasing is a product of HHS LLC and hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue HHS LLC and all of its owners, agents, volunteers, employees, contractors, and affiliates, as well as Haley Hoffman Smith individually from any and all liability for any and all loss or damage arising out of or related to sessions, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I acknowledge and agree that by participating in sessions I am agreeing to assume all risks whether known or unknown. 
  12.  I acknowledge and agree except as expressly provided herein, Haley Hoffman Smith makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to my participation in sessions. In no event shall Haley Hoffman Smith be liable to you for any indirect, consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding, any damages that you may incur, Haley Hoffman Smith’s entire liability and your exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you to Haley Hoffman Smith for your product purchase.
  13.  I acknowledge and agree that by purchasing this product  I am agreeing to the above terms and conditions. I voluntarily make and grant this Waiver and Assumption of Risk in favor of Haley Hoffman Smith. 
  14.  This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to this relationship and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements, understanding and representations related to the subject matter hereof. No changes or modifications or waivers to this agreement will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties hereto. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York without regard to the conflicts of laws provisions thereof. If any provision herein is determined to be illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or eliminated and the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Q: Do I need to know how to tap before I start?
Nope! You’ll just follow along as I guide you through each round in real time. I’ll show you exactly where to tap and what to say. You can literally press play and let your body and subconscious do the work. We’ve also included an Intro to EFT Tapping in this module that you can peek at beforehand to be extra prepared.

Q: What if my “thing” isn’t about money or business?
Perfect. This session works for any area where you feel blocked - love, confidence, creative flow, healing, motivation, self-worth - because it gets to the root beliefs underneath it all.

Q: How long is the session?
It’s a one-hour replay - the perfect amount of time to go deep, have real breakthroughs, and still fit it into your day. You can also split it into halves, or do the session on a faster replay speed!

Q: What should I bring as I sit down to do the replay?
Just a journal, a pen, and an open mind. Maybe your favorite warm beverage or cozy socks if you want to make it a ritual. Definitely make sure your phone is nowhere near you so you can’t be distracted and pulled out of the transformation.
