One of the greatest feelings of pain and rejection comes from being disliked by another. Early perceptions of what it MEANS to not be liked can actually be affecting our ability to move forward and express ourselves in ways that feel authentic to us. This can result in people pleasing or ‘performing’ in order to keep ourselves safe and try to be likable to all. Of course, this comes at a great risk: not ever truly being ourselves. And, it’s impossible to be ‘liked’ by everyone.
In this powerful session, we’ll be releasing the deep fear of being disliked and rejected by others so we can feel more freedom and self-assuredness.
