Many of us have been deeply wounded by friendships - those that went awry, those that have ended, those that broke trust. And yet, friendships are one of the most important parts of our lives and happiness! Because of how close we become with friends, these wounds have a deeper impact on us than we usually know: it comes to impact our self-concept, our ability to trust, and how close we become in future friendships. This session is aimed at healing these wounds so that friendships can feel more enjoyable and expansive.
