We all tend to self-sabotage at times: in our habits, relationships, pursuits towards our dreams, or when things feel like they’re getting a little bit “too good.” This session is rooted in the Fear of Success, which refers to our tendency to feel afraid when life keeps getting better or we achieve what we’ve always wanted.
